Marina Blue's two towers are set diagonally
to each other inflecting towards the open views of Biscayne Bay.
The South Tower terminated the axis of Biscayne Boulevard with its
monumental Green glass parallelogram. It rises towards the bay like
a mina sail in movement. It commands views of the South Bay and
the Downtown Miami Skyline. The north tower bows out like a blue
spinnaker and reaches the ground to form a monumental colonnade
that announces the entrance and its piazza. It commands views of
the North Bay, The Carnival Performing Arts Center and Museum Park.
The towers rise from a glass podium containing
loft units and retail shops. It acts as the pedestal to the sculptural
towers above. Its undulating surfaces define an urban scale and
shape the water imagery at the base of the two sails.
Marina Blue sits at the only point where
blue waters of Biscayne Bay reach Biscayne boulevard, facing the
new marina at the original port of Miami slip.
Marina Blue rises 60 stories above Biscayne
bay and the rebirth of Downtown Miami. Featuring 516 units, including
1BR, 2BR, Lofts and penthouses, and the trend-setting "Skybeach",
Marina Blue is fast becoming the address of choice for those seeking
opulent living in a bustling urban landscape.
